Eddie and his team were really great in helping us sell our home. Eddie was available at all hours, every step along the way and had an amazing plan for getting the media attention to bring buyers. We ended up with an offer we were very happy to accept. Whenever we had a concern or a worry we knew we could call Eddie and his team and they would have a solution for whatever came across. Most importantly, Eddie took a proactive approach. He holds his work to a very high standard and took action when anything (marketing, cleaning, etc) didn’t meet this standard. We would 100% recommend working with Eddie and his team, they were extremely professional.

I strongly recommend Shaun Reese without any reservations. He was of tremendous help to us during our struggle to find a home suitable for our taste. Having understood our needs and choices, he diligently worked on creating new options that we could choose from. He is very experienced in his field and is always so generous to offer this expertise and never holds back from explaining you the basics or responding to your questions. As a professional, he has excellent communication skills which enables him to coordinate things between the different parties easily. We feel extremely lucky that we have met such a professional during these tough times and it is great to know that he is going to be there for us whenever we need again.

Eddie and his team are amazing. Selling a hundred-year-old house you've lived in for years is a complicated process, but Eddie helped us every step along the way and we were able to move quickly and confidently. Eddie understood what made the house special. Eddie and his team helped us figure out which repairs were worth doing, had fantastic connections for getting things done quickly and with high quality at a very reasonable price. They got the house staged beautifully, advertised it well, and we got multiple offers - ultimately selling well over list at a price point I'm really happy with.

Responsiveness, punctuality, and attentiveness was all above and beyond what we could have asked for, it just showed me someone who really cared about being good at their job AND helping us find something. Shaun met with us for months, at weird hours, in bad weather, and at extreme short notice always and with plenty of patience. Lastly, we took several of his recommendations, inspectors as well as services, and all have produced good, timely work. Thank you, Shaun!

We had an absolutely wonderful time working with Shaun and would highly recommend him and his team's service especially for any first-time home buyers in Bellevue! Shaun worked with us tirelessly for over a year and truly just wanted us to find a home that we loved. His former background as an assessor was super useful as he would point out potential problems when we viewed homes together (he was actually the only agent to ever do this). He has always been honest, straight-forward, and maintains high integrity in a business which may not necessarily be known for this.

Eddie showed us a couple of houses, which helped him figure out and find the perfect home for us. He pounced on a highly sought-after home avoiding a bidding war, got ahead of every step of the process, and handled problems whenever, and often proactively before they occurred.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie. My wife and I very recently purchased our first home with his extraordinary guidance and support. He is everything we wanted in a realtor: knowledgeable about the area, did not pressure us at all, and was easy to work with the entire time. He guided us through offers on multiple homes and, after our last one was accepted, has continued to support us with recommendations for inspectors and contractors. I completely, 100% recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Working with Shaun was a great experience! As first-time home buyers, he guided us though the process and took time to explain everything. He followed up on our conversations and checked in with us throughout the process - and, even after we closed. I highly recommend Shaun to any new home buyer!

I'm a first-time home buyer, so I needed a lot of handholding and help figuring out exactly what to do and how to do it, Eddie was there every step of the way! We ended up buying a home in Seattle with a great view. Eddie also recommended a great interior designer who was amazing. This is the dream home I never thought I would have. We always felt extremely comfortable with him, and he was truly a joy to work with. He is reliable, knows the business well and was very personable. He made the entire buying process as easy and smooth as buying a home can be.

Eddie was patient and was more than willing to showed us over 50+ homes. Some agents would pressure the buyer into "settling" for a house they are "OK" with rather than finding the right house. His knowledge in the real estate fields made if felt secure and comfortable the whole complete way throughout the home-buying process. I would be more than happy to refer Eddie to any future home buyers.
