Eddie and his team helped us figure out which repairs were worth doing, had fantastic connections for getting things done quickly and with high quality at a very reasonable price. They got the house staged beautifully, advertised it well, and we got multiple offers - ultimately selling well over list at a price point I'm really happy with.

Shaun met with us for months, at weird hours, in bad weather, and at extreme short notice always and with plenty of patience. We ended up buying a home in Seattle with a great view. Eddie also recommended a great interior designer who was amazing. This is the dream home I never thought I would have.
